Not confident at all, seems more of an architecture limitation (as the Arc issue with lack of ReBAR) than "bugs" or drivers issues

But maybe I'm wrong...

I think it can at least be mitigated

If they can find a way for them to use older CPUs more efficiently at least, they wont ever reach the 9800x3d benchmarks probably but they wont be that much behind with weaker CPUs at least
