How good is this GPU? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487027&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

This is the build it is paired up with: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7qqGxr

Mainly, how well(the entire build) would it do on games like Battlefield 4, Planetside 2, and Portal 2? Also, how well would it perform in Video editing tasks, and would it compare to integrated graphics? I have a budget of $900, so what should I upgrade to?

Thanks in Advance,

Uh , id save the extra like 100$ up and get like a 760 or 770 .No matter what having a dedicated GPU will be better than integrated graphics.Id recommend going with a intel platform but thats just me. If you wanted to do video editing id go with a 4770k but that will bring your build out of your budget.

I'm not buying/building it, just planning it.

On the lower end, AMD generally wins in games that have muli thread support. In a game like Word of Tanks, Minecraft, and a few others, an i3 will DESTROY and AMD processor due to it's single core performance.

If the OP wants to play mainly AAA titles, and AMD CPU would probably be his best choice. :)
