Not sure its the right place to post this but seemed fitting.
We have a SWANN security system setup at our office and i am able to access it via my phone or using their software Homesafe View. 
The issue im having is that my main pc at home, when i first restart it i can open Homesafe and see the video but after some time it just wont connect and wont let me see the video.
All other pcs at home and the phone app still work, its just on that main pc that its unable to connect anymore.
I dont think its an issue with the software because all other pcs run the same version. 
So im not really sure how can i troubleshoot this issue. Any idea?
