broken rgb

i was changing some fan (arctic p12 argb) placement on the motherboard and i dont know what i did but when i turned my pc on again the argb didnt work for two of them. I use the extender things for the rgb on the fans so only one is connected to the argb pins on the motherboard but i tried the two fans directly to the argb pins but it didnt work. Is it possible that i somehow overcharged them and broke them?
