So I built my pc the other day and just got it set up with all the drivers and everything but today I noticed that when it boots up there is a constant red light thats on for a few seconds behind where the GPU is inserted, it turns on for about 5 seconds then off for a few seconds and it doesn't go off the Motherboard is an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI MOTHERBOARD. I noticed there was a bit of GPU sag on the motherboard so that is why I ordered the bracket and its coming today I just wanted to know if it was going off because the GPU is sagging slightly or is there a different reason because I couldn't find anything on the manual and I can't see what the light indicates behind the GPU. Also should I just take out the GPU for now and wait for the bracket to come later today too put it back in?

There should be error lights on this board, when you turn it on look at the top right above the 24pin. Do any of the lights come on? it may take up to 60 second for it to boot.

Note - the pc turning on and off is normal as long as it's not consistent

Welcome to the forums!
I can't find any records of this mobo having LEDs down there. Can you circle where specifically on the board the LED is lit up red?

Is it just a glow or you can see the LED itself?  If its a glow, do you have an SSD in that top M.2 slot as some have LEDs.
