Exploding hissing sound TeamSpeak 3

Hey guys!

 

My problem is that it happens sometimes (often enough to annoy me) that when someone starts talking in teamspeak, the sound of his voice is exploding.

It sounds like a super loud hissing and it only stops when the talking stops or when I am turning sound off an on again.

 

It is not my Headset, because it only appears in teamspeak and I testet other headphones = same noises

 

My system runs on windows 8.1 and an asus maximus VI Hero.

 

I tried reinstalling and updating teamspeak and audio drivers, but that didn't solve the problem.

 

I hope some one has an idea
