First one is the UAC, I'd suggest to keep the same because if you ever get a virus the virus can gain admin privilege without your consent so.. if you keep UAC the same then it will ask you to consent and possible avoid virus to be launched or gaining admin permissions.
So you will know what's going on.
The second the SSD.
You can check the SSD permissions by going to properties then permissions.
Or folder properties.
Change ownership to you then you will have acces to the SSD.
