Literally the only things ive done is move my pc up and down orientation, like a ps5 instead of on a side pannel and, move the 3 prong to a power strip with pc only thing plugged in instead of wall.  Since then dispite normal gpu temps sometimes my gpu wont even have fans spin on boot or turn on. It takes like 5 boots to get it to turn on. Once it does pc boots fine.

Also the pc is randomly turning itself off dispite fine temp on cpu, and my gpu highs are 50's. I don't know why this is happening. What do i do to make my gpu detect every boot again?

Vega 56 is the card. And in game theres no sudden hickups of lag or anything. I dont get it. I dont think its normal to take 5 boots for pc to turn on with vega56 gpu(swapping plug to igpu during fan dont spin boots is fine).

Could be a bad power supply, motherboard or GPU.
I had an old X58 motherboard with an RTX 2060 and it would POST but I would get no display and it would fail to boot into Windows, ended up being a faulty motherboard. When the PC would boot I could play games, run benchmarks, do anything and it would work perfectly fine it just didn't want to boot for some reason most of the time.

Just moved it back to the wall, heres to hoping the power strip was too weak and it'll be fine now.
