Can I get some advice/help ?

I recently got a dell inspiron 3593 from a buddy of mine who had it packed down for a longg while, i wiped it and when charging the red light next to the port is flashing amber 4 white 1.

 

It says it can't read wattage when plugged in.

 

Battery isn't charging 

 

The disk is reading 100% and fluctuating 

 

Cpu occasionally hitting 100%

 

What can I do do fix this :(

Either badly degraded battery or non-original battery

Most likely cause the Windows OS taxes a lot of performance, and the laptop couldn't handle it, or there are just too many start up apps /background task hogging on the CPU capacity

 

IMO, it would be easier to purge the Windows OS to Linux, but I won't recommend specific Linux flavour since it will probably spark a lot of debate 😅

iPhone 11 (with battery replaced instead of buying new phone for long term and not submitting (fully) to Apple Lord
