Not sure about Australia specifically, but up to a point, for new parts at least, NewEgg is about as reliable as any big-box store.  However, they've famously had a few... "issues" with their customer service and their handling of used or open boxed parts.  Also, they allow third party sellers on their site who may not be quite so trustworthy.

 

It's gotten a bit sketchier than it used to be, in recent years, but honestly anywhere you can buy parts from is at least a little sketchy, these days.

I just want to make sure that i get wheat i asked for i dont care if shipping takes longer or something like that
