Nvidia graphic driver

After i upgrade my graphic driver sound from my hdmi port stopped working. Please help

Make sure you have HDMI selected as your primary sound output device. Sound section of Windows 11 settings, or opening mmsys.cpl, or using the output device selector next to the volume slider in the task bar.

Yes i did that at first then i use ddu to make clean instalation of drivers and later i instal updates for realtec drivers as well beacouse i went out of ideas

Once before i got that problem and i fix it but i forget how

Solved, I reinstall windows.
