case ATX Case Recommendations ?

What case would you recommend that meets all of the following requirements:

• Fits all Parts in this Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xcnmPJ (TLDR: ATX Board, 154mm high Cooler and 285mm long GPU)
• Is a good compromise between good noise dampening and good airflow
• Has dust filters on every intake (preferably ones that can be removed to be cleaned)
• Is not too big so it is "Easy" to transport (Handles would be nice but since that is rare i don't need them)
• 4 or more USB ports on the front 1-2 of them preferably USB 3.2 Gen 1
• 2 or more 3.5" HDD Bays
• Colour: Everything is ok, except White or Pink.

What it doesn't need (but is ok to have):

• Glas/PVC Side Panel
