Update the Bios. Get a Ryzen 7 5700X. Spend the rest on a GPU.

I had to upgrade the motherboard cause my current one does not support auto turbo boost, and I don't really wanna buy any gpu right now cause will save and gonna buy GPU when gta 6 release (unless something happen to my current one then have to buy)and that time which one I can afford will go for nvida tho,
But its look like you and the other person also prefer ryzen over intel so will go for amd
Thanks

A 5700x3d + cooler should at worst be the same price and better for gaming.

This processor will cost me around 5k more I have to get a new motherboard too cause my current one does not support auto turbo boost

You may just wanna update to the most recent bios here. The latest beta one.

I did a cinebench test and on single core it's boost more than 3.10 ghz but when I test multicore it lock at 3.10 dot and during both test max temp was 64.8c all tho in single core it never gone more that 3.2 where it's rated to Mac boost 3.6
