New pc build

Budget (including currency): 700$

Country: Moldova

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: rust , elden ring , and some paradox stragegy games 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  so in this buget i have to fit basicly a full pc expect psu , maybe the case . i was thinking of getting a ryzen 5600 with 16 gb of 3200 mhz ram and some cheapo b450 mbo , but this alone costs around 320$ leaving only 380 for monitor , gpu and ssd , a decent 1080p monitor is about 120 and a ssd 60 leaving only 200 $ for a gpu . Most amazon and ebay deliveries over here are over 40$ so everything has to be local . Any sugetions on getting the most proformace per dollar?

What does a 6650XT cost for you?  Or even a 6700 used?

I found a 7600 for around 260

6700 xt for 335

6600xt 240

6600 xt xfx for 270

And a 6600 for 170

And thats kinda it

Those are USED prices?  Cuz they're higher than new!

 

The 7600 for 260 is the best of all you listed.  It's 30% more frames than 6600 and 10-15% more than the 6600XT.  

 

If you have budget issues though, the 6600 for 170 is a good price/performance for what you have available.   May need to tweak some settings but she'll get you gaming.

Yeah , over here you can still buy a rx 560 for around 130 from the store , of wich there are about 3 pc stores in the whole city

But i can probaly squeze out the 7600 with some lowballing and waiting

While you wait, maybe a few other cards will pop up.  If not, hopefully you can get that 7600 for under 250.

The budget is not fixed and i can scrounge a extra 100 $ somewhere , but one question is the 5600x worth the extra 15-20 $

No, the 5600x doesn't provide any meaningful performance benefit to justify that price.  I wouldn't spend the extra, keep it for the GPU.

now on the topic of motherboards im buying new because there are no viable used am4 board , i think there are 30 in total on the main used marketplace i have 3 options:ASRock B450 PRO4 R2.0 for 100 , Gigabyte B450M K for 70 and Biostar B450MX-S for 85 , and for ssd im stuck betwen a 1.0TB Apacer AS2280P4X for around 60 and a SSD 500GB Kingston NV2 for around 50 ,

So the Gigabyte and BIOSTAR are mATX board, so ithey're smaller.  The ASROck is a full ATX.  What case are you using, will it impact the mobo size?

 

They will all perform well for your 5600 and whatever GPU you get.  Are you going to need more than 1 M.2 slot?  If so, go the ASRock as it can handle them.

 

Really it's all about what you need the motherboard to do, they will all run your CPU/GPU  fine.

 

I'd get the Apacer all day long, max out that M.2 slot as much as you can.  1tb for 60 beats the shit out of 500GB for 50.  As long as it's an SSD< all is well even if it's a Gen 3 NVMe or even a SATA drive.

i have a full atx case but it will get replaced sometime , the front io was missing from when i got it , and im missing a couple standoff screws  . and do i really need more than 1 tb of fast storage ( compared to a sata ssd ) so 1 m2 slot is fine

You would be very surprised on how fast 1TB can fill up.  I don't build new machines with less than 2TB anymore.  Ark Survival Evolved is taking up over 500GB with all the maps and mods, for example.

 

Either way it makes sense to get 1TB for only $10 more.

 

I'd get the Gigabyte board then, and you'll save money and be able to get a small case later too.
