Customer Issue - Def Person

Good afternoon,

So let me give you the situation.  I have a customer who is def and currently has a burg system in his home.  All I'm trying to do is use the Notification circuit of the panel (maybe even a set of dry contacts) to trip a device that is monitoring for an open or close circuit.  Then that item transmits to a receiver that has a Bright Light and Sounder.  This doesn't have to be ul listed for burg but it would be nice.  The customer DOES NOT want us to run wire.  This has to work with an existing system that will be a lower cost option (plug and play with min setup).  I have been coming across a lot of older options that are no longer available.  ANY Suggestions/Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
