Laptop Recommendations?

Residing in the US!

 

Day to day:

Light load gaming (think things like League of Legends, TFT, Supervive, etc)

Light to heavy load working (dozen+ chrome tabs, editing & encoding videos)

 

Goal is to have something:

-Light that travels well

-with battery life that can handle a few hours off charger under higher load

-with a screen that won't be absolutely dreadful to use in a bright environment

-that can stay snappy on performance (I'm guessing minimum 32gb ram - up to 64gb ram)

 

Budget would be nice to keep under $1,250 USD, but for the right model I'd go over in a heartbeat, probably up to $2,000 at absolute most.

 

Really hoping to avoid a Macbook Pro, would rather stick to Windows if it's possible. MSI's creator series has caught my eye, but haven't taken a deep dive recently.

 

Any recommendations super welcome before I start searching more seriously!
