Frequent "err_connection_timed_out" Errors

Go to solution Solved by KingPhoenixEmbers,

Update:
So forgot to mention there's a small unmanaged switch between my PC and my router (because my roommates and I use the switch to reduce cords to the router).

I powercycled the switch. Problem seems to be solved.

As of last week, I've been getting intermittent "err_connection_timed_out" messages from Chrome. It'll resolve itself, than an unknown amount of time later, happen again.

It doesn't happen on YouTube and a couple other sites that I visit very frequently, but others I visit slightly less frequently will randomly give this result.

It's incredibly frustrating because it only affects my web browsing - it doesn't affect Discord, Steam games, or even OBS when I'm streaming.

What I've done/tried:
Chrome updated to latest version.

Browser cache & cookies deleted/cleared.
DNS cache flushed and reset - twice.

DNS servers on router set to Cloudflare (primary preferred) and Google (secondary preferred). Reverted to ISP preferred this morning.

DNS servers on computer set to Cloudflare (primary) and Google (alternate), as of yesterday.

When a website gives the error, the Ping command on PowerShell or Command Terminal shows that the website is responding.

Ethernet CAT-6 cables have completely passed the tester (a Southwire M550).

Router powercycled. Note: Router is not ISP-provided, it's a Netgear C7000v2.

I have an ISP network tech coming next Monday to try and help, but it could cost up to $100. But if I could get some help in fixing this instead of costing me $100, that would be great.

My system:
Windows 10, 22H2 ver.

Intel Ethernet Controller I225-V, driver ver. from 06/29/2023. Windows says I have the best driver available for my system.

Try with a different browser, Firefox for example.

If it doesn't happen with Firefox then it could be Chrome or any plug ins you have on it.

Have you checked to see if your Netgear C7000v2 is due any updates?

Yes, and it's at the latest firmware update. As far as I know, there's nothing else to update, but I could be wrong.

FFZ is noted to be "about to be removed", last I checked. It could be causing an issue. I'll remove it and see if that helps.
