Windows update blue screen (HELP)

Hello, I can't seem to update Windows. It goes to a blue screen and restarts after it reaches 33% installed. I've tried absolutely everything I can think of, such as completely wiping the drive and reinstalling Windows, but the same problem occurs. I've had this issue for about a month now. It all started after I factory reset my PC because I was having unrelated issues in games, and then it simply refused to perform any Windows updates. Oh yeah, I've also reset the BIOS to default and installed other drivers separately, hoping that might fix it, but it doesn't.

 

Also, the update is from Windows 22H2 to 23H2.

Have you tried completely reinstalling Windows through a USB stick? Also, what does the bluescreen say, and what are your PC's specs?

Yes, I have done it about four times. I am also going to try another one on Windows 24H2 to see if that fixes the issue.

 

My specs are:

 

- 2TB of M.2 storage

- RTX 2060 (I will upgrade soon)

- Asus TUF Gaming B550M-Plus motherboard

- 64GB DDR4 3200MHz memory

- 750W Gigabyte power supply

- Ryzen 7 5800X CPU

 

I cannot see the blue screen it only appears for half a second. So I don't get a chance to read it (does that help)

I just tried to install the new version of Windows, and it says my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements. The only thing I can think of is that I'm using a WD Black SSD, and I know that's having problems with the new Windows update, so I've probably got to buy a new one
