Adrenaline error 182

Hi im trying to install drivers on my freinds pc and amd adrenaline wont install for his ryzen 7 5700G although it says it is supported on the amd website its giving me the error code 182. 
Someone please help, many thanks.

You're installing the driver for the 5700G, or for a discrete card?

 

Are you going through the processor option to get the drivers?

Adrenaline error 182 means the the driver you are trying to install is not supported by the installed hardware.   Post a screenshot of hwinfo64 or CPU-Z to better assist.   
 

Please check the driver version you are installing and try your call again.
