AI Voice Tools

Hello,

I have been seeing (and I must admit LOVING) many of the political parody videos that use AI generated voice overs.  I am giving a link to my playlist of the ones I am talking about ONLY to illustrate what I am talking about and NOT for political discourse of any sort.  

 

I am seeking to find out not only what programs are used to generate those AI voice overs that sound like the person being parodied but what similar programs are available to do that?  I need them to be extremely simplistic and easy to use, I do NOT do programming of any sort so they cannot include needing to know Python.  This is not for a major project that I will use constantly but if I can learn it I believe it will be useful.

 

Any suggestions?

How will this be useful? It's already on the border of legality, if not already over, and just because it's labelled as a parody doesn't actually make it one. It's political propaganda and anyone can just download that video, re-upload it somewhere else or even just on YouTube itself without the parody qualifier and now you've got certified misinformation. Honestly, nobody here or anywhere should teach you how to create stuff like this, for obvious reasons.
