Windows 8.1 Splash Screen

Go to solution Solved by ducecake,

Thanks! What I went ahead and did was re install windows 8 without using the UEFI mode and it worked out great!

I just installed Windows 8.1. When I installed it I choose the UEFI from the boot menu to boot from the DVD. I have a ASUS Formula VI and now everytime it boots up I have the ROG logo with the windows 8 spinning wheel. I was wondering if there is anyway I can get rid of this. I really do not want to see the ROG logo while booting into windows. Thanks!

Try changing the boot priority to your drive in the UEFI.
