USB disconnect issue

Hey guys, so a few months back I bought all the parts to build a brand new pc using my old graphics card (parts list below). Everything has been fine with it except this one problem with my rear motherboard usb issues. When doing something like watching youtube or playing a game, all my rear usb ports disconnect then reconnect (feels like a stutter, just a quick usb disconnect and reconnect, no noise, just happens really fast for windows to pick it up or something). I have contacted gigabyte about the problem but they have not responded after 1+ week, which I'm getting tired of waiting on. I don't really know what to do in this situation and am at a loss. If any one of you have any ideas as to why this is happening or how to fix this i would be more than glad to hear from you. Thank you.
