Issues with Boot

Go to solution Solved by KJustice,

No clue what happened but it came back up after a few tries, nothing changed at all. But now things are working as they should.

So I put this here to get some troubleshooting help. Got a friends computer to help him out with putting Windows 11 on the computer and we got a TPM chip that is compatable with his MOBO. I got his computer to my place and it wont boot anymore, I checked if anything was loose and tried every plug just to be safe and reseated the graphics card and sata cables to the boot drive. Essentially when trying to boot as you will see in the video it does a long flash on CPU light, then a long flash on VGA light, then normally a long flash on Boot light then they all go away. But nothing happens when they are all off, nothing on my screen. It is a known good port and good cable.

Any help you might be able to give is appreciated.
