Looking for suggestions

I have set up an old desktop as a home server its running Windows Server and currently all its running is jellyfin. I'm wanting to play around some more and I'm looking for suggestions on what else would be useful or fun to set up. I kind of want to stick with things with webUIs for remote access. I know there is a lot for linux based systems but I'm not wanting to set linux up just yet so I'm only interested in Windows compatible stuff. I also want to avoid docker at the moment because WSL is giving me errors and I haven't managed to figure that issue out yet.
