ok the problem was on national scale with my isp... shitty isp

It seems that i can't connect to certain sites or services (twitch, asrock webiste, razer website, origin, war thunder launcher, ecc.) altough i get no problem wathcing a video on youtube or searching something on google, what could be the problem? my brother on the same network has no problem whatsoever... suggestions?

im using openDns never had a problem also i've recently uninstalled cfos a tool that came with my mobo for shaping internet traffic because the trial license expired... could this be the problem?

hmm, do some ping, I can't help with network diagnosis, I don't think that tool could cause such a problem, if you don't need it I'd suggest uninstalling.
