Dram problem help please rn

So I'm building a new pc and I can't get a signal or a boot and I have a dram error...

I have a i7-700 a msi b150 Pc mate motherboard mag a750gl pcies powersupply

Ddr4 ram ( pic below ) 

 

I get no USB power either... First build tried everything Google has to say about dram errors about

 

Only strange thing is I have rgb and fans connected to an

adapter thing... 

 

I really need help

Try putting the ram in a different slot, or try unscrewing your ssd if that doesn't work. sometime a cup or a ssd can cause a ram light for some reason.
