What are supposed to be normal idle/light load/full load core voltages / vid voltages.

I am seeing my Core VIDs in 1.200-1.300 range while idle, browser open and few monitoring softwares and a fan control.
IntelXTU shows the core voltages are around the same range but HWiNFO is showing core voltages in the motherboard tab are around 0.880-1.300 its more on the 1.2xx voltage range than under 1.000 in idle.

If i open random game for example Pathofexile and stay in the login screen my core VIDs and vcore jump to above 1.300 95% of the time peaking high 1.39x yet my power usage is under 40W and if i run benchmark, Cinebench r23 in this case while Poe is in login screen my core VID drop back down to 1.22x-1.24x range but vcore showed by HWinfo stays at 1.350

I built this pc back in 2022, and back then i didnt notice such behaviour but also i didnt try all these diffrent scenarios. I do remember i could run this chip at 5.6ghz pcore 4.4 ecore wit 0.100 offset voltage.

motherboard used is Asus rog z690-g

Currently on newest bios with 0x129 microcode that i updated few days back, i had same behavior with the old bios from 2022 but with lower voltages it was 10E or something.
