Issues with new pc build

I just built a new PC with a 

 

MSI B650 Gaming Plus WIFI Motherboard

 

Ryzen 5 7600x 

 

32gb of DDR5 Corsair Vengeance

 

NO GPU

 

And I cannot change the resoultion, the AMD Radeon Graphics Drivers are having "error 31" problems, Sometimes when installing windows or just booting up the pc there will just be a Black screen or just artifacts all over, some AMD drivers/programs failing to install. And just so many issues. I'd love if anyone could help me with some or most of these issues.

Try a BIOS update, and/or reinstalling Windows

 

Maybe try remaking your Windows USB too

I've done that, my main and only issue now is that I can't install the AMD drivers for my Integrated GPU

Do you need to? With iGPUs I have never manually installed drivers, although I have never gamed on them so I am unsure
