I am not well versed in TVs.  I currently use an LG 65UN8500pui in my Livingroom for movies, consoles and couch PC gaming.  I recently acquired a Samsung Samsung QN65Q7CN for free because it has a shadow in the center of the display.  I intended to put it in the basement game room.  It seems to be much superior product than the LG however.  I have been quoted $450.00 U.S. to repair it.  Is it worth it?   I honestly don't know enough about TVs to make an educated decision on this.
