Problem with spring @Autowire

So i a facing this issue where i want to autowire a bean that is defined in a xml file but is not for some reason spring is not able to identify that the bean is defined there. From the resources that i got from the internet it seems it should just work.

Tried running in chatgpt. Theres some issue with the way you've configured springframework to be loaded with practice2-servlet.xml
