Occt vram test

Hey guys, i noticed when i run occt vram test and set the vram to 100%, which means itll stress all 24gb of my 4090, it gives me errors if i have background apps open, if i lower it to 95 itll work fine, 97 i also need to disable background apps, im guessing this is normal as windows doesnt find enough memory to allocate for my the background apps i have and my 2 monitors therefore it starts to act up. Can someone confirm this?
