I've decided to get a 4070 Superlist of graphics cards graphics card. Can you recommend the best one from this list? As I understand it, there’s no point in considering 2-fan models since they have worse cooling?

list of graphics cards

I'd get the cheapest 3 fans model (because 3 fans = better cooling, less noise)

The build is quite good, but the problem is that I’m ordering a pre-built PC, and the website I’m ordering from doesn’t have many of these components. However, I do plan to use an RTX, so I need a card from Nvidia.

Just get the cheapest card of preferred model, they usually are fine just being bought like that, for thermals you could go 3 fan, but with a case that has rich airflow it honestly might not matter as much

if you're just gaming, you could opt for cheaper WD Black SN770, unless the 850X is on a discount that is.
