Pc Not booting

Recently I've been dealing with an issue with my pc I just had a power surge a couple of days ago (it worked completely fine before hand) magically it did boot went into reset bios screen but didn't load probably afterwards then it restarted then it no longer wants to power on completely. If anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. I did just buy a brand new PSU, A CMOS battery just in case it got shocked but still nothing.

My first thought would be to reset the cmos battery, then look at the mother board and see if there is an error code symbol or blinking light or something. Double check cable connections,

Problem is the battery is brand new as well if I take it out 10-20 seconds nothing I'm starting to think either my bios is corrupted or my boot drive is dead and I'm going to boot from a flash drive when I get the chance too
