Cannot activate Windows: Error 0x803F700F

Just a classic thing that would happen: When you ask  online for help it will magicly just work, just like now. I didn't do anything and it worked...

Hey,

I "upgraded" my PC from Windows 10 to 11 (I got a new M.2 SSD and installed W11 on there, I wanted to have my old W10 data saved, both SSDs are now in my PC at the same time).

After doing that, everything installed succesfully, nothing abnormal. When I tried to activate Windows again, I got the Error-Code with the additional info that my PC couldn't reach Microsoft-Servers and that I should wait a few mins. I've tried multiple times over the last days, and I got the same Error every single time. It isn't my Internet-Connection, I can do everything like normal, except activating Windows.

Something additional to note: The Windows-10-copy is not on the most up-to-date version, its like 3 years old or something... It was the last version with the old edge, which I don't want to loose, since I like this browser very much. So I would prefer not updating that. It has updates deactivated by some software I downloaded back then.

Also, the PC was purchased at a small online store, I didn't know how to build one back then.

Does anyone know a solution to get Windows activated again?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, that I already tried the Troubleshooter, I'm getting the same Error there. When I click on "I changed the hardware of this PC" and click on the PC I'm using, I will get a generic screen stating Windows canot be acticated.
