Like I don't understand what do they want me to click?

Also had multiple other viruses, after changing windows language to english they dissapeared from list, soo I don't know if they got removed, weird...

Probably false positives, I guess windows defender "just woke up" (can't verify, after changing windows language. Most stuff has disappeared, and I am unable to find it in threat history nor in active threats), there was one virus in there that had "ransom" in the name, so I assumed that I got ransomware from the newest vulnerability.
