HELPPPP FILES C++

Im so confused, I started up steam, my computer was doing a thing where it just goes black and then back to the lock screen. I try to run helldivers 2, it gets mad at me about not having C++ 2019 86x but then I go to install it, I says no no. So then I delete some files or somthing that is it, it still says no no. Btw my bios and stuff is up to date, pls help.

In steam, right click on Helldivers and click properties. You should then click "verify integrity of game cache" and see if it runs a repair for your game install
