Hey
I recently stumbled upon on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AFD\Parameters" in regedit,
and i was wondering what DWORDs i can add to it or change in it
I tried researching about it online, but did not have any luck with it, hopefully someone on here can help me

You shouldn't add or change anything there. Best case scenario nothing happens, worst case your networking breaks. Stumbling through regedit and changing things just because you can is a fantastic way to get very familiar with the Windows reinstall process.

With that warning delivered, here's documentation on the AFD parameters. Note that these docs are a few Windows versions old, so some defaults may have changed, parameters may be deprecated, or new parameters may have been added in the 15 years between the time this was written and now.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
