i found out that my ram doesnt work anymore since i also tried in another pc so i bought new rams should it fix the error ?

Have you tried the new ram yet? It could also be that the motherboard ram slots are broken. Try using only one ram stick in slot A2 only

well the new ram coming in a week and i even tried to use 1 stick but still doenst work and tried also in another pc but i think its the ram thats faulty

So the PC doesn't boot with one or two sticks in? Did you try each stick in slot A2? Did you use the correct slots? (i.e. for both use the second to the right and the furthest to the right)

Is it only the DRAM light that lights on when you turn it on? 

Does your ram have any rgb?

i tried both sticks in every slots and theres only the dram lights and my pc does have an rgb

does that rgb light up when you turn on the pc? Also is this rgb on the ram or motherboard?

it does light up and the rgb isnt in neither of them its just the case and also the specs are ryzen 7 1700 rtx 2060 super 1tb ssd 2tb hdd b350 pc mate

Try and wait for the new ram to arrive and try that

has this only happened recently or is it a newly bought computer and this is the first time you've turned it on?

it worked great there wasnt a problem at all

Did you do anything before this problem arose? Like tinker with the pc at all?

I had this issue found out I re-seated the cpu took out all my usbs and it worked. Didn't know what it was the usbs or the cpu though

Since the ram doesn't work even when you put it in another PC, sounds like it is faulty. 

 

Usually ram has a lifetime warranty. Did you buy this ram new?

That's unfortunate, most ram warranty doesn't transfer to secondhand although you could reach out to the manufacturer with the serial number to see if they honor it
