Temps seem a little hot but no where near anything to worry about, open task manager and sort by gpu to see what is using your GPU the most, also, a lot of GPUs have a zero rpm mode which means they wont spin fans at all til X temperature meaning even when idle, so long as its not doing a ton fans wont spin but heatsink will slowly increase in heat

System specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D [-30 PBO all core]

GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT NITRO+ [1050mV, 2.8GHz core, 2.6Ghz mem]

Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 32GB 6000MHz CL32 DDR5

Storage: 2TB SN850X, 1TB SN850 w/ heatsink, 500GB P5 Plus (OS Storage)

Case: 5000D AIRFLOW

Cooler: Thermalright Frost Commander 140

PSU: Corsair RM850e

its usage is at 1% also the hotspot temp is now 51c

GPU temps without seeing usage and clockspeed isn't helpful. Expand those sections. Fans speed too, while you're at it.

(better yet use HWiNFO, HWMonitor is known to give false readings, it should always be avoided)

Assuming the clockspeed (hidden in that screenshot) is at or thereabouts 210Mhz the GPU is idle and with the fans off, the temps look normal.
