Notifications windows 11

On windows 11 your notifications get grouped and you have to click "expand" to see them all. Is there a way to make it so they never group and you can see them all listed separately right away?

This really seems like a minor inconvenience... or even helpful if you get lots of notifications... I haven't even ever tried to look.
