kernel_task on macbook

ive ruled out almost everything, ive done a hardware diagnostic, nothing there, thermal throttling isnt a problem, it idles at 50c at minimum fan speed, reinstalling macOS didnt do anything so im trying to downgrade to high sierra but none of my browsers can download a dam 6gb file, unless anyone can send it to me through mega or something similar, i cant delete the file itself on macOS big sur, ive done almost everything, idk at this point, if anyone had a similar issue, please tell me, thanks
