Bios light + black screen problem

I have a black screen on my new PC that I build and want to update the bios to see if that fixes the problem.

I downloaded the new update on my 32gb flashdrive and plugged it into my PC. In every tutorial I see they tell me to press for 3 seconds on the bios flashback button to make the light blink and wait for it to disappear.

Mine stopped blinking but stayed on.

 

What should I do?
