Wierd keyboard ghost

So, I have an ant esports mechanical keyboard. Amazing and feels real good, just sometimes when I go to play the next track (from the shortcut) It randomly switches the WASD and arrow keys. This wasnt a feature mentioned anywhere. I have to either un and replug or use powertoys to swap the keys. link- https://amzn.in/d/itpdhsK

Do you have to use Fn before you can switch/pause?
