Why would you pair the i3-4130 with the RTX 4090?

So you didn't leave any budget for your processor? You're not doing "heavy gaming and content creation" on a decade-old i3 unless you're very, very patient.

That CPU doesn't even support DDR4, much less 128 GB of the stuf.

Be serious, what are you actually building?
