First time PC build

Hey I built my first pc and I am having a red light on the dashboard when I turn it on, I tried removing the ram and placing it in different spots, I checked all the cables all are connected properly .. 

 

The gpu will turn on but not the fans inside maybe it's that I don't know ..

Where did you connect the video cable?

I swapped the graphics card cables like changed the sides now the screen is on but the light is still on

Yes I sent a picture I don't have windows on it yet

The light is still on, I have video but the fans on the gpu are not spinning maybe that's that light

The fans do not rotate because in the case of the most recent graphics cards they turn them on when required, meanwhile it is not necessary since it does not have high temperatures

Is that light a big issue or I just can continue on like it's not there? Lol
