Since about 4 months ago i upgraded my CPU and CPU Cooler with a: Ryzen 7 5800X3D and DeepCool LE720 AIO.
Just yesterday I did a case swap to a Phanteks NV5 and now my CPU temps are 60* at idle, ive re-seated the CPU and Cooler multiple times and repasted each time to no evail
Before the case swap my Cinebench Multicore Load Temps were around 70*-60* which is quite concerning how hot it is at idle now. Any ideas as to how to fix?

got any fans in the case? Which thermal paste are you using? How is the AIO mounted e.g. top mount 'pushing' air out of the case
