gpu CPU/GPU match up

I order at 4070 ti super and a Ryzen 7 5800x. wasn't thinking much but putting parts into pc picker. and it seems like it going to work. but my worry is that my GPU and CPU won't work well together.  I can't find anything on it cuz the ti super is so new. so I google a 4080 with that CPU and people are saying that it should be fine for 1440p but I'd really like to hear what you guys here may have to say about it. I really don't wanna have to send parts back. nor do I wanna spend more.

The 5800x will be fine for the 4070 Ti Super at 1440p  
Yeah a faster CPU would be better but the 5800x is no slouch!

 

You'll be fine and you will have a great gaming experience. Nothing to worry about.

The 5800X3D would be better but its 100 dollars more...

Nah you are good! The 5800x is still a very fast gaming CPU

A friend of mine pairs her 4070 Ti Super with a 1st gen R yzen 1800x... At 1080p is sure is quite the bottleneck but at 1440p its still quite decent. and the 5800x is just heaps faster.
