happened to me on my TV, when I restarted the TV it seemed to fix the issue, try fully restarting your laptop, if you are using the YouTube app if a device restart doesn't work delete the app and re-install, if you are using YouTube on browser try the app.

Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

Tried a different browser? Turned off any extensions/plugins?

 

Have you updated your graphics drivers?
