Youtube starts studdering

I have this really weird problem on my laptop yt randomly starts studdering but this studdering does not happen on any other device that I have and does not happen on other streaming services. I use unlock origin

happened to me on my TV, when I restarted the TV it seemed to fix the issue, try fully restarting your laptop, if you are using the YouTube app if a device restart doesn't work delete the app and re-install, if you are using YouTube on browser try the app.

Tried a different browser? Turned off any extensions/plugins?

 

Have you updated your graphics drivers?
