Graphics card issue

I just got the rtx 3050 6gb low profile, i put the low profile bracket in and when i put the hdmi cable into it there is just a black screen.

The hdmi cable is plugged in directly into the graphics card.

The computer doesnt recognize it when plugged in but running with integrated graphics.

Fans are indeed spinning for 5-10 seconds then they stop.

I tried disabling integrated graphics through the bios but it didnt work when i plugged the hdmi back into the graphics card.

 

I still have some ideas in mind but im not too sure about those.

Please help, and yes the rtx 3050 has a bad reputation but i have an sff computer so yeah...

 

and also its a fujitsu esprimo bios just incase you guys wanted to know, and i5-6400.
