Okay, so I recently installed BF4 to play, and for the first few hours it was running fine, now every time I get into a match, the screen just flickers, and then shows vertical lines down the screen, then I get a DirectX error, "Device hung" blaming my GPU or it's drivers. So I reinstalled the AMD drivers, and the same thing happened again..what do you guys suggest I do? Could it be the GPU dying?

LOwer gpu clock speeds. They cause problems in BF4

I tried running the GPU at stock. Now the GPU just stops working after the Windows 8.1 splash screen, the vertical lines appear for a split second, then the screen just stays black.

Downclock it even more

Yeah, that wouldn't help at this stage, if you'd care to read my previous post ;). If it didn't work at Stock on Bioshock Infinite when it normally would be fine, something isn't right. :(
